The objective of the course is to develop professionally-centered foreign language communicative competency by means of blended learning instruction and English for engineering teaching materials. Students are supposed to achieve the level of the professional English communicative competence that will enable them to function adequately in their professional activity in the field of materials science and engineering. The course covers such aspects as introduction to engineering, engineering materials and materials properties, advances in science and technology. |
