| Summary: | The aim of the course is to develop professional competency in advanced databases by means of English for Specific Purposes material and blended learning. Speaking in foreign language provides integration for future specialists into the international professional environment in the field of databases as well as to encourage their professional mobility and competitiveness. This course forms the basis for students to use foreign language in their future professional activity in the field of databases. After completion of the module, the students achieve the level of professional-centered foreign language competency being useful for conducting interdisciplinary research, organizational and management activities, self-study and continuous professional development.
