Summary:In the present study, we performed the effect of dispersed-hardened diamond nanoparticles on magnesium alloy Mg-Ca-Zn. Structure have shown that diamond nanoparticles have a modifying effect, the average grain size has decreased. Introduction of particles into the magnesium matrix made it possible to increase the yield strength, tensile strength and ductility of the magnesium alloy compared to the original alloy.
