Summary: | In this paper, we consider a tandem queueing system with one orbit, MMPP incoming flow and two sequentially connected servers by the method of asymptotic diffusion analysis. We obtain the necessary condition for the existence of the steady-state regime and the limiting probability distribution of the number of calls there under the scaling regime when the retrial rate is extremely small. Then we evaluate the applicability of the asymptotic results by simulation. |
