Summary:The influence of the aging temperature on the spatial distribution of Ti3Ni4 particles in a nanocrystalline TiNi alloy with an inhomogeneous grain-subgrain structure and on the multistage character of martensitic transformations has been studied. It is shown that the difference in the structural-phase state of the substructure regions and nanograins is the main reason for the implementation of the anomalous effect of the R-phase.
