| Summary: | The high quality of the test results is the goal of the laboratory. Internal control of test results is carried out in each laboratory. One of the types of internal control is the control of the stability of the results. The Shewhart control charts are the most demonstrative andconvenient way. Often the control process can be difficult because of unclear algorithms in the normative documents. In this case, the laboratory should develops an internal document regulating methods of control and a whole process. Using of understandable instructions improves the control process. You can see improvement in the example of increasing the stability of test results. |
