| Summary: | A new lecture course devoted to modern patenting, corresponding to the current state of development of the sphere of protection of intellectual rights of innovators, has been developed. Two-year testing of the course proved its necessity during master's degree diploma preparation (in the frame of "Innovation Studies" program). The distinctive aspects of course are: 1) emphasis on the practical issues of ascertainment, patenting, maintenance and inclusion in the economic turnover of industrial property subjects; 2) author's classification of patent strategies; 3) demonstration of system analysis using to obtain new technical solutions; 4) new classification of novations and innovations taking into account modern knowledge. |
