| Summary: | This article examines the experience of forming public councils operating under the legislative authorities of the regions of the Siberian Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District. The study of these practices is important for understanding the current level of development of participatory institutions in the legislative sphere. Today all over the world there is a tendency of a crisis of confidence in representative democracy. The development of participatory practices with the active involvement of actors in managerial decision-making processes can favorably influence the crisis situation and restore trust, undermined trust of citizens. |
