Li Lanqing

Li Lanqing (; born 22 May 1932) is a retired Chinese politician who served as first-ranked Vice Premier of China between 1998 and 2003. He was a member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) between 1997 and 2002, and a regular Politburo member from 1992 to 1997. Provided by Wikipedia
